The business was founded in Auckland in 1998 by Dennis Allaway, Senior Partner, after many years in commercial management positions in a variety of industries. His experience included Company audits, business systems analysis, international trade and finance and business and financial management. In 2002 the Maungaturoto business was acquired and in 2006 the Warkworth office was opened. This is now the main office and the business hub. Our team has many years of experience in business, accounting and taxation fields and brings together many diverse skills.
